All of our credit cards are processed offline and currently charged thru PayPal. Due to PCI compliance, our shopping cart does not send us your CVV number which we need to process your credit card order. After you place your order, please send an email to terrg@lisascreations.net with only the order number and the CVV code. We apologize for this inconvenience.

For Paypal sales, all payments must be received before items are shipped. If an order is received, but remains unpaid for 4 days, the item will be relisted and the order cancelled. Please contact us if you want to make other payment arrangements. No items will be shipped in the case of non-payment.

Also, many herbs should not be ingested and may cause a health threat if you or your children ingest them. While many herbs have multiple uses, our herbs are sold for a metaphysical use only. Any other use by you or others is at your own risk. All herbs are sold "as is" and at the buyer's responsibility only.

If a customer makes a purchase using PayPal or a credit card and their address is an international address other than the US or Canada, shipping charges will apply on any size order. In that circumstance, we will research the lowest price available and contact you before applying any further charges. Further, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that their order can actually be sent to their country. The international customer is responsible for all customs, import, and any other types of fees designated by their country.
